Job Description
- Licensed Architect with at least 10 years experience in similar role
- Review design drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve design clashes across various trades to prevent conflicts during construction.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design issues and provide technical guidance throughout the construction process.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess the quality of workmanship and adherence to design specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project teams to relay design feedback, address concerns, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of design changes, approvals, and project correspondence
