Job Description
ABOUT THE POSITION:
An Accounting Assistant is responsible for providing support to the accounting department by managing daily accounting tasks. Responsibilities include data entry, invoice processing, reconciliation, documentation, and more.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: Previous accounting or finance experience preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and good communication.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, life insurance, promotion opportunities.
Schedule: Shift system
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary
