Job Description
Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to call leads and transfer calls or schedule appointments for our specialists. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential leads through outbound and inbound calls.
- Engage with decision-makers and gatekeepers to introduce our products/services and identify opportunities for scheduling appointments.
- Utilize sales scripts and strategies to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and other KPIs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Persistence and resilience in handling objections and rejections.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
