Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their healthcare inquiries through non-voice channels.
- Provide accurate and timely information based on clients’ needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure top-notch service.
Needed Qualifications:
- College graduate with a PHRN license.
- Strong communication skills.
- At least one year of bedside experience or company nurse experience with C.O.E.
- Utilization Review Experience.
