Job Description
Are you detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills? We are currently seeking an Order Processor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify the accuracy of order information, including customer details and payment details
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Communicate any order discrepancies or issues to the relevant departments
- Maintain and update the order database regularly
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and data entry
- Prior experience in order processing or customer service is a plus
