Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Desk Analyst I. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal users.
Key responsibilities include responding to help desk inquiries, resolving IT issues, and escalating complex problems to higher levels of support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of IT systems.
