Job Description
Possesses at least one specialty skill for performing general engineering tasks. Responsibilities may include painting, carpentry, plumbing, sanitary piping, electrical and sound systems, heating, refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, bowling and cinema equipment, lighting systems, masonry, cement work, welding, roofing and related work. Incumbents may work independently, under supervision as a crafts worker, or lead worker that acts as a point person of a specific maintenance field.
