Job Description
Team and Stakeholder Management
- Leads a team of associates in the optimal execution of HR contact center operations activities. Ensures team members meet/exceed goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Perform day-to-day Employee Service Center (ESC) operations with adherence to service level standards.
- Participate in ad hoc projects on HR and office-wide issues.
- Cooperate on process efficiency, workload monitoring, and improvement projects.
- Identify and implement better team efficiencies.
- Sharpen expertise in HR issues and enrich value-added services for internal customers.
- Facilitate professional excellence through quality ESC task delivery.
- Adapt and implement strategic direction of ESC operations to global policies.
- Create tactical plans for SLA performance metrics through efficient use of resources.
- Provide feedback for improvement of programs, processes, and policies.
