Job Description
A Bilingual Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for technical positions within the company. This position requires excellent communication skills in both English and another language, as the recruiter will be interacting with candidates and clients from different linguistic backgrounds.
The main responsibilities of a Bilingual Technical Recruiter include conducting candidate searches, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. They must effectively communicate job requirements and company culture to potential candidates, and screen them for technical skills and language proficiency.
In addition, a Bilingual Technical Recruiter should have a strong understanding of the technical roles they are hiring for, in order to assess candidates’ qualifications accurately. They should stay up to date with industry trends and developments to identify top talent.
