Job Description
As an Inbound Sales Agent at RCI, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, inquiries, and sales-related tasks. Your main role will involve assisting customers with their vacation ownership plans and promoting sales of RCI’s products and services.
You will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided.
