Job Description
SUMMARY
Vendor Compliance Specialist receives inbound phone, chat, or email inquiries from property management professionals, vendors, and insurance agents requiring assistance with RealPage software products. The specialist quickly responds to the call, chat, or email, diagnose the issue, accurately record all issues in the CRM tool, and provide a resolution.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primarily focus on inbound phone interactions with customers
- Operate during assigned shift between 7:30am and 7:00pm
- Document customer interactions in Salesforce (PMC specific)
- Receive, index, and process electronic documents
- Ensure compliance standards are met
- Act as a liaison to clients, agents, and vendors
- Manage real-time solutions and resolution plans
- Maintain high first contact resolution rate
- Perform additional duties as required
- Success measured on Quality Assurance Score & Abandonment Rate
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Fluent Spanish speaker (required)
- Strong business writing skills
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Active listening and emotional intelligence
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Property & Casual license (a plus)
- 2+ years of customer service experience or a bachelor’s degree
- Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Resourceful, creative, and client-oriented
