Job Description
Grand Hyatt Manila offers a myriad of exciting experiences and dramatic restaurant concepts, embodying the #LivingGrand philosophy. We are looking for a well-experienced Team Leader to ensure the smooth operation of our all-day-dining restaurant.
In this role, you will oversee service delivery, conduct briefings, and maintain a link between kitchen and service areas. You will also handle service recovery and provide specialist advice to guests and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or high-quality restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong management and leadership capabilities
- Passion for working with people
