Job Description
Job Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and expedite orders.
- Prepare packing and loading lists for product delivery.
- Confirm and coordinate orders with clients.
- Coordinate with departments for processing purchase orders.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback for sales supervisor.
- Submit necessary documents for sales closure.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Address complaints and inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate and resolve product and service issues.
- Keep and review sales records.
- Submit daily and weekly reports to management.
- Enter new customer information into the system.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
