Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related course
- Minimum of one (1) year related experience
- Open to male/female candidates
- Single status preferred
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Excellent attention to detail and computer skills

Job Description:
- Coordinate building maintenance and repairs
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Assist Building Admin Manager
- Prepare reports on building activities
- Oversee security measures
- Coordinate construction projects
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
