Pay: Php 16,770.00 per month
Schedule: 10 hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients regarding service requests.
- Provide timely updates and feedback on client queries.
- Monitor and manage service tickets until resolution.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for warranty claims and service requests.
