Job Description
Collect and recover customer receivables and debt.
Ensure cash collection activities meet client requirements by reducing debt aging, maximizing cash collection, and maintaining a professional relationship.
Graduate of finance-related or business courses; Accounting graduates preferred.
6 months to 1 year of Order to Cash/Collections experience required.
Prior voice collections experience is ideal.
ERP experience (Oracle, SAP) preferred but not required.
Amenable to Full RTO work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang.
Willing to work in shifts (including night shifts).
Good communication skills.
