Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process pre-coded invoices in the Accounts Payable system.
- Ensure daily accounting of assigned invoices.
- Handle vendor queries related to processes.
- Process payment batches per client schedules.
- Review and process Travel & Expense claims.
- Manage vendor account creation and modifications.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Open to Accountancy, Business, or Finance graduates.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Payable.
- Amenable to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang.
- Available for Full RTO and night shift schedule.
