- Completed High school (old or new curriculum)
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Good to excellent verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- With BPO experience is a plus

- Familiarize yourself with our plans and tariffs.
- Greet customers professionally using the suggested script.
- Answer inquiries via phone and email promptly.
- Refer queries to your line manager when necessary.
