Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- No BPO experience required; excellent communication skills needed.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- BPO experience is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Know our products inside and out to answer questions.
Pay: Up to Php 23,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, additional leave, flexible schedule, and promotion opportunities.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts (Day and Night)
