Job Description
Job Summary: The Front End Supervisor oversees the total front end operations with prompt, friendly, courteous, and reliable service to the customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or food establishments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent customer service at the checkout.
- Handle customer feedback effectively.
- Implement control standards and processes.
- Manage front end assets.
