Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems according to client standards.
- Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO experience.
- At least High School Graduate / ALS Graduate / College Graduate.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Pay: Php19,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
