Job Description
The Management Trainee (MT) will undergo a series of training for a store managerial position at BreadTalk Philippines. This program is designed to equip trainees with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to become effective managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any course
- 1-2 years of experience in Food & Beverage/Bakeshop/Restaurant Service preferred
- Customer service oriented
- Keen attention to detail
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
- Drive KPIs and sales to meet targets
- Conduct regular store inspections
