Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and communications.
- Managing filing system and recording information.
- Updating paperwork and maintaining documents.
- Assisting in organizing office spaces and events.
- Coordinating travel arrangements as needed.
- Maintaining office equipment and aiding with client reception.
- Experience as a virtual assistant and database management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in an office assistant role.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
