Job Description
Job Summary: The Selling Supervisor is responsible for category profitability through effective management and daily selling operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer service management
- Category building, sales achievement, and bad order management
- Implementing promotions accurately and timely
- Ensuring inventory accuracy
- Supervising sales support staff and merchandisers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 2 years of experience in retail or food establishments
