Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one counseling for team members.
- Conduct project orientation for new keyers and clerks.
- Coordinate with Quality Control on accuracy.
- Check attendance and report violations to HR.
- Ensure tools are correct and updated.
- Distribute workloads and monitor output.
- Endorse memos for disciplinary actions.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace.
- Supervise during the supervisor’s absence.
- Update Managers on project status daily.
- Assist in encoding and scanning instructions.
- File production reports post-shift.
- Perform document scanning and QA.
- Complete other assigned tasks.
Applicants must be willing to work onsite.
