Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles applicant sourcing, interview scheduling, preliminary screening, and endorsement to departments.
- Prepares and presents employment offers and issues pre-employment requirements to qualified applicants.
- Checks and reviews submitted documents of new hires for completeness.
- Coordinates and prepares endorsement letters for new hires assigned to project sites.
- Conducts pre-employment orientation regarding HR policies.
- Develops relationships with employment agencies and educational institutions for applicant sourcing.
- Attends on-site recruitment activities, such as local job fairs.
Minimum Educational Attainment: College Degree in Human Resource Management or any business-related course.
