Job Description
Department: Operations
Level: Experienced (Individual Contributor)
Location: Philippines – Manila
The Operations teams at Shopee handle the complete operational process from product search to delivery. Responsibilities include managing contract confirmations, tracking pending contracts, coordinating with Hub Leads, and overseeing stakeholder inquiries.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of college education
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets
- Experience in mass sourcing is a plus
