Responsibilities:
- Conducts canvassing of materials for all departments.
- Schedules itinerary for purchased materials for pick-up and delivery.
- Handles rush materials for production.
- Prepares purchase orders and checks materials.
- Coordinates with suppliers on delivery schedules.
Qualifications:
- College or high school graduate.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
