Job Description
SCHEDULE: NIGHT SHIFT (8PM – 5AM PHT)
WORK SET-UP: ONSITE (CLARK, PAMPANGA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check Trello for client assignments daily.
- Run missing bill reports and download invoices.
- Contact vendors for missing invoices and document communications.
- Call on 20-30 missing bills daily and provide updates.
- Research and set up alternative methods for invoice retrieval.
- Convert invoices from PDF to TIFF format.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php32,00.00 per month
