Job Description
The Assistant Outlet Manager is responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the outlet. This includes managing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving revenue targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff members.
- Ensure smooth operations and provide guidance to staff on daily tasks.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and address any customer concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional activities to drive sales.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also important.
