Job Qualification:
- Graduate of Electronics and Communication Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in product troubleshooting and repair
- Proficient in MS Office and computer literate
- Strong understanding of electronic principles, schematics, and design
- Excellent soldering skills and BGA rework expertise
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
Job Description:
- Diagnosing and repairing failed units in production lines
- Assisting in inspection, testing, and evaluation of electronics components
- Supervising and communicating organizational needs
- Helping the team understand performance targets
- Managing team dynamics
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8 hour shift
