Position Overview: Manage healthcare-related inquiries and facilitate appointments for a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries on medical services and billing
- Assist with appointment scheduling and medical records access
- Verify insurance coverage and process claims
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
