Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Entry-level position with strong potential for professional growth.
- Monitor dashboards and respond to calls, emails, and alerts (24/7 shifts).
- Handle first-level tickets from customers and communicate escalated issues.
Job Qualifications:
- Technically oriented individuals who enjoy problem-solving.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Relevant Technical Knowledge:
- Networking, Cybersecurity basics, Public Cloud infrastructure, SQL.
