Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Ensure workforce awareness of company policies and procedures.
- Participate in investigations and disciplinary meetings.
- Represent the company in NLRC cases.
- Analyze data and produce management reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Two years of experience in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
