Job Description
As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the products and services of our company meet the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify defects or non-compliance issues.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track quality performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in quality management.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
