Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates for the position of Content Moderator. This is a non-voice, day shift role, ideal for fresh graduates with no prior experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer concerns via phone or written communication.
- Resolve issues on the first contact without transferring calls.
- Match customer demands with client products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to gain customer buy-in.
- Share information effectively with clients and colleagues.
