Qualifications:
- Completed High school (old or new curriculum)
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- BPO experience is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with plans and tariffs.
- Greet customers professionally using the suggested script.
- Handle telephonic and e-mail inquiries timely.
- Refer queries to your line manager when needed.
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
