Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices for tenants and clients.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on payments.
- Maintain records of billing and collection activities.
- Resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
- Generate aging reports and implement collection strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 1-year experience in billing and collections.
- Strong accounting principles knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php12,500.00 – Php13,500.00 per month
