Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Supervisor based in Davao City to oversee all marketing operations in the region for eTap Solutions Inc. The role involves managing rider campaigns, training Field Marketing Associates (FMAs), and handling related administrative tasks to drive growth for Grab & FoodPanda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee marketing operations in Davao City.
- Manage rider campaigns and evaluate performance.
- Handle training processes for FMAs.
- Track attendance and manage payroll for FMAs.
- Develop promotional initiatives to enhance rider engagement.
- Conduct market research to explore new opportunities.
