Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Accountant II. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Accountant in various accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial records.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Performing account reconciliations and analysis
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Supporting the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Assisting in the implementation of accounting systems and procedures
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and preferably have at least two years of experience in a similar position. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in accounting software, are also required.
