Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
The Shopping Account Representative provides exceptional customer service to shoppers, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection.
- Monitor and track orders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues.
- Adhere to call center guidelines.
