Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Discover, research, identify and prospect for new attractive customers for Syft.
- Outreach to new businesses, cold calling and building relationships (LinkedIn) within the target market.
- Qualify inbound leads.
- Generate high-quality demos for the Account Executive team.
- Have engaging and intelligent conversations over the phone and via emails.
- Reach a high set of KPIs on calls, trials, and demos booked.
- You will help drive customer knowledge on analytics and how our software can solve their problems in this space.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least one year of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: we are looking for someone who is clear, concise and convincing in their communication, and is comfortable negotiating with an accountant or business owner.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, go-getter – not afraid to cold call.
- Strong business acumen, a passion for technology, and a genuine interest in the latest happenings in accounting and technology.
- Prior customer support experience, preferably 1-2 years. The ability to communicate effectively and instill confidence with the customer.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience using CRM software and other tech tools.
