- Develop learning curriculum for soft skills and technical training
- Plan and implement training activities for new hires and employees
- Execute onboarding and technical training
- Assess training needs and customize approaches
- Communicate with stakeholders for effective learning solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in HR Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in training and talent development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
