Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Address parts concerns from dealers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive part orders from dealers via email.
- Generate Sales Order accurately.
- Resolve returned parts concerns from dealers.
- Monitor back orders daily from assigned dealers.
- Update unavailable parts to dealers Parts Analyst timely.
- File documents accurately for parts served.
- Prepare Monthly Summary of Sales accurately.
- Perform other assigned duties.
