Job Description

Joii Philippines Inc. is seeking a talented Virtual Assistant / Administrator specializing in Xero to support our Australian builder clients. Our services include Drafting, Estimating, IT, and Accounting.

Responsibilities:

Perform various administrative tasks
Handle confidential information
Manage and organize mailboxes
Experience with Data Entry

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
Familiarity with Xero and ServiceM8
2 years of related experience
Fluent in English
