Job Description
WaveTech Jobs is hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. The ideal candidate should remain calm during frustrating situations and have computer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Respond promptly to inquiries.
- Communicate through various channels.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Process orders and records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00 – Php25,00 per month
Benefits: Additional leave, health insurance, paid training, pay raise.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, shift system.
