Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare job descriptions and manage the employment process.
- Orient new employees and train existing staff.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee employee health and safety.
- Implement staff development procedures.
- Provide counseling on policies.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or HR Management.
- 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in government processes.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
