Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented and passionate Accounts Payable (AP) Officer looking to make a significant impact? We’re seeking a full-time AP Officer for our client to join our dynamic team on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
Role Responsibilities:
- Process and allocate supplier invoices.
- Prepare payment files weekly to ensure timely payments.
- Record corporate credit card transactions.
- Manage supplier and debtor accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficient in ERP Systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office.
- Includes remote work option with flexibility.
