THIS IS AN ONSITE JOB
Full Job Description: As a Non-Voice Agent, you will assist customers via chat, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude at all times.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions.
- Document customer interactions and transactions.
Needed Qualifications:
- High school graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS graduate.
- At least one month of BPO experience.
- Good communication skills.
