Job Description

Job Description:
- Supports the Hotel Manager in business operations.
- Performs general administrative and clerical duties.
- Updates internal operations procedures.
- Reconciles payments and receipts.
- Manages office orders regularly.
- Maintains logs and spreadsheets for office activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in HRM/Tourism, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience with guest complaints is a plus.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience or strong internship exposure.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Amenable to work in Sto. Niño, Marikina City.
